This is a fundraising event, so your ticket supports education programs and restoration projects in the Tahoe California State Parks! Spooner Lake 10K and 5K. Spooner Lake is nestled in the Lake Tahoe Basin, surrounded by aspens and over 12,000 acres of forested open space. The course circumnavigates the lake on very scenic singletrack trails. Don't miss out on the 50K or the 10 Miler! The Marlette 50K is an adventurous journey through some of the world’s most scenic and challenging trails.
Join in for a volunteer vacation in one of the most beloved wilderness areas in the country! This four-day backcountry trail work experience takes place in Desolation Wilderness near Lake Aloha.

Music on the Beach returns on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Lakeshore Lodge & Spa, presented by the Tahoe Arts Project. Admission begins at 6 p.m., with live music from 7–9 p.m. featuring Niall McGuinness, Trey Stone, and Rocky Sleight. A $20 suggested donation will support Tahoe Arts Project programs, and the evening will also include a benefit raffle for performing arts in local schools and the community. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, low-back chairs, food, and beverages.
