Lake Tahoe South Shore Events for July 27th-August 2nd, 2020

 

8:00-9:00am daily at Lakeview Commons. Salute the sun from the water. Deepen your awareness of your self, body and the world around you. Join Lake Tahoe Yoga for practices in balance, guided focus and more all while on stand up paddle boards.

 

 

$90, Classes will be taught through LIVE Zoom and pre-recorded Breakout session videos. Students can earn 4 quarter units of credit in courses designed to promote the development of fluency in Spanish. The courses emphasize both oral and written language skills. If you need to use Spanish in your academic, professional, or personal life, then spend the week with us! The Institute offers all levels of Spanish instruction.

Since 1969, our annual Benefit Fashion Show has united conservation and fashion to raise the funds needed to #KeepTahoeBlue. Normally, we’d be on the shores of Lake Tahoe with the sand at our feet, but this year we’re bringing the runway to you! This storied event is the League’s largest annual fundraiser, so please tune in on July 30 and consider making a donation, bidding on an auction item, or making a purchase to support the Lake you love. 

 

 

The annual Tahoe: State of the Lake Report and the Center’s long-term data set are important elements for lake management by elected officials and public agencies tasked with restoring and managing the Lake Tahoe ecosystem.
